DMCA Copyright Policy
CLOUDPAGE LLC respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and complies with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy explains how to file a copyright infringement notice and how to file a counter-notification.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe in good faith that material hosted or published by us or through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification ("DMCA Notice") to our designated agent.
2. Contents of the DMCA Notice
To be valid, the DMCA Notice must include the following:
- ▸A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- ▸Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- ▸Identification of the infringing material and its location on the site or services.
- ▸Reasonably sufficient contact information of the claimant (name, address, phone, email).
- ▸A statement that the claimant has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.
- ▸A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that the claimant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Designated Agent

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the alleged infringer.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
Identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake; your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the judicial district of your address; and your signature.
The counter-notification must be sent to the designated agent indicated in section 3.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, CLOUDPAGE LLC maintains a reasonable policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users and account holders who are declared repeat copyright infringers.
6. Compliance Notice and Contact
DMCA Notices that are substantially incomplete or do not comply with the DMCA may not be acted upon.
