Community Guidelines
These Community Guidelines set out the standards of conduct we expect from all users, clients and participants in spaces managed by CLOUDPAGE LLC, including the ticketing system, forums, comments and other interaction channels.
1. Purpose
Our community spaces exist to facilitate collaboration, support and professional communication between CLOUDPAGE, its clients and the technology community.
We expect all participants to contribute to a respectful, constructive and productive environment.
2. Expected Behavior
Treat others with respect and professionalism, even in disagreement.
Provide clear, accurate and useful information.
Respect the confidentiality of technical and commercial information.
Comply with the Terms of Service and the Prohibited Use Policy.
3. Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to post or share:
- ▸Illegal, defamatory, obscene, violent or hate-inciting content.
- ▸False, misleading or fraudulent information.
- ▸Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
- ▸Third parties' personal data without their consent.
- ▸Spam, unsolicited advertising or third-party promotions.
- ▸Material that compromises the security of systems or accounts.
4. Privacy and Personal Data
Do not post personal information (addresses, documents, credentials, bank details) of yourself or third parties in public community spaces.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Moderation and Sanctions
CLOUDPAGE reserves the right to moderate, edit or remove content and to restrict, suspend or delete accounts that violate these Guidelines, without prejudice to other legal measures.
Moderation decisions will be made reasonably and proportionately, and users may appeal by writing to info@cloudpage.us.
6. Reporting Violations
If you observe a violation of these Guidelines, report it to info@cloudpage.us. We will investigate complaints promptly and confidentially.
